I'm in!! I took up my own sort of fitness quest a couple months ago, but I want to go all in and eat a lot better.

goals:
-way way less junk food! limit all the chips, soda, chocolate, etc. and drink more water.

-work out five times a week, doing strength training for at least two of those days.

-pilates once a week

I don't have a specific goal, but I want to be more toned overall, especially around my stomach and thighs.
