I think Id like to join this thread I would like to lose 10 lbs, tone up, have more endurance with cardio, and weight train more try to be a bit more consistent with my working out

*tips for u ladies trying to lose try not eating carbs and load up on veggies and protein i.e meats, try to limit fruitsas they r sugars, sugars r healthy carbs but they r still carbs, if u do this u dont have to limit your caloric intake
