Nothing major to report today except that I forewent the iced coffee drowned in heavy cream and the pseudo-protein bar and the 2/3 string cheeses. Had steel cut oats w/ dried fruit and almonds instead.
And I am getting the smallest size lobster bisque for lunch today (instead of the big ones I normally get). Also getting the large salad but planning to use half the dressing given.
