I want to do an Olympic bar weighted squat. That's my new goal. Just getting into the squat rack in the evenings is a pain, so it's likely to be done at the weekends. 10 weekends? I should be ok with that time frame. In case you don't know, I have a crap back.

If I manage to get through a workout without ending up covered in a sweaty mans fake tan, that'll also be a goal achieved.
