I HAVE to get rid of this early-stages-of-pregnancy-esque belly. I actually don't even mind how the rest of my body looks but this midsection pudge has GOT to go.

I forced myself to run/walk yesterday.

Can anybody recommend a good running shoe for over-pronation? It kills my ankles, instep, and lower legs when I attempt to run. My feet are extremely flat and hardly any arch. I hate sneakers so I don't know about brands and stuff.
