I love spin!! I used to HATE any type of cardio, but after doing regular spin classes for a few months, I found myself having more endurance (and enjoyment) for other types of cardio. I'd definitely recommend it.

I'm taking your guys' advice and made a schedule to change up my routine!! Today, I used the arm machines at the gym and went running instead of my regular spin class, and I'm going to try to do strength training with my own body tomorrow - stuff like push-ups, etc. and I'm adding in Pilates as well!
