Maybe we should all start reporting what we ate on here too that way we can feel worse for not following through with our goals lol...

Today I ate a wrap: teaspoon of ***e greek yogurt, two slices of turkey, green bell pepper, onions, black pepper, red crushed pepper, and a tinsy wincy bit of honey mustard dressing all inside flour tortilla kind of bad, almonds with dried cranberries, fiber one bar, applesauce with flax, I should maybe decrease my sugar intake sugar=carbs... Following this did insanity cardio abs and the 8 minute ab routine on youtube.Tonight ill have a homemade taco salad...without the taco -_____-
