Ed Gein is a pretty interesting killer, tho he was mostly a body snatcher/grave robber not really a serial killer. But still interesting. The US has had some great serial killers but still nothing compared to other countries. And the modern day ones are disappointing. BTK killer? Pffft. Hardly even interesting.
Now Russia. Russia knows how to make some serious serial killers.
