Going to walk 2 miles at lunch.
Still no coffee/cream all week. I'm dying here!!!

I messed up and had a vegan brownie yesterday (never had one and I was curious). But I walked 2 miles so hpefully I burned it off.

I had 1/3 bowl of (chicken) pho for dinner w/ some grilled squash.

This morning I had a cup of Irish oatmeal w/ dried fruit and sliced almonds. And a green tea (w/ sugar).

Planning on a full bowl of pho for lunch or maybe a salad from Chipotle w/ 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak, lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions and vinaigrette.

I will be so tempted to stop for gourmet cheese popcorn on the way there. But I gotta be strong.

I have been trying to get up every morning to do the treadmill or pilates but I'm too sleepy.
