I already lost 15 lbs since the beginning of November and while I would like to lose another 10 lbs, I am already set to wear a two piece this year with no shame! Even though I still have some to lose, I have spent too many years covering up. This year I am uncovered!!!!!! I am going to start lifting weights and I have been running/walking 3 times a week for a few weeks. My eating is great, lots of protein, fat, vegetables, very very very little sugar! No bread, pasta, rice which I don't care about anyway.
