Ok count me in.
I'm trying to decide if I should cut out carbs or juice more (juice for lunch).
Goal: 5 lbs
Exercise: at least 3 times a weeks
Water: more water
Food: cut back on the carbs, more veggies
3/15/13 - 126.6lbs, water intake up, no exercise
