I don't think it's fair to laugh at others' goals. For people who have hit a plateau, 3 lbs (or 5 or 10 or whatever) might be hard to do. It might even get them to their end goal. Let's try to be supportive rather than dismissive here.
As for me, no exercise planned for today. We might go for a long walk with the dogs and baby later this afternoon though.
I had steel cut oats with a tiny bit of butter, maple syrup and skim milk for breakfast. They are CRAZY filling.
