I've been really thinking about trying this eating style. I did HCG a while ago and the eating is basically the same. Protein, fruits and vegetable. No carbs, no artificial sugar. I had so much energy and felt great. Of course, I fell off after the round was done and went back to eating bad and feeling bad.

My eating habits are so unhealthy right now, so I'm pretty excited to try something new and doable. I love to cook so this seems like a fun challenge.
