If I eat anything it will be leftovers which isn't very exciting so I'll share what I had for lunch instead.
My neighbor took me out for an early birthday lunch to a Thai place and I had: Holy Basil Chicken
onion, green bean, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, mushroom. Came with jasmine rice and salad with a yummy roasted peanut vinaigrette. I had Thai iced tea to drink. It was extremely tasty and I ate the whole darn plate full which is why I'm doubting there will be any dinner tonight.
