Product in soaking wet hair + gentle scruching + no combing + squeezing with a MF or floursack towel = absolutely better curls for me. 100% better.

Things that break up my curls and stretch them out into waves: combing, brushing, touching/running fingers through it, running product through it while it is half dry, etc. So once I learned to do all styling with very wet or soaking wet hair, I (seemingly) got a whole new head of hair.
