Points off for Maricel Presilla for the empanada chapter. You go through about a dozen or so empanadas, make brief mention of yuca used as dough, then proceed to include recipes for various Argentine and Chilean ones, but can't include one Dominican empanada in there?
Though I suppose better for me because when I finally sell them some day nobody will know how to make them!
