I just want to see someone walk past me on the street with this *intentional* hair style. Not I went swimming and had a cap on for a few hours, but I spent 45 min perfecting it...

Hahaha. I am not grabbing much nostalgia from this trend. Curls were accepted then, as opposed to the mass straightening of the past several years. It wasn't a work to make your hair look gross and messy. It was your hair as it, or someone was too f**ked up to care.

** I also can't recall seeing anything for frizz on the store shelf until later in the 90's. It was John Frieda or nothing. It's insulting my "grunge" intelligence. ~
When I hear terms like "hipster" I think, who told cliques they could leave high school??
