No change on today's weigh-in. So, I'm still -2.
Yesterday, I did another hour on the treadmill. Ate 'okay' but not perfectly.
I'm telling myself that no change is okay, it's when the numbers go up that it's a problem. I may go to the gym again today. It is open tomorrow, so maybe then, instead. I'm thinking I'll be better off when we go back to school Tuesday. Fewer opportunities to graze.
