Down a total of 8 pounds since my friend and I started running 4 weeks ago. Pants are a bit looser, yay! Bra is a bit looser, boo!

Steak and two pan fried eggs (with crisco spray), black coffee.

Banana, cup of red grapes.

Arugula salad with mushrooms, dried cranberries, sprouts, and balsamic vinaigrette. 5 oz of grilled pork loin with a chili lime sauce and a cup of the most amazing Puerto Rican rice and beans.
