I do. I don't like heat on my hair because it is so fine. I set it to Low heat, then click on the Cool button. I let it go on low at the roots for a few seconds, just until I can feel warmth, then back to cool for the rest. I've done this for a long time, even before CG, so I can't say what difference it makes... but my hair has always been pretty shiny/undamaged and definitely not on the dry side.
