divegirl - I think it's so awesome how much you accomplish in one week! I aspire to be at your fitness level someday Period week sucks anyway, it's probably mostly bloating! It's a new week, with a fresh start!

It turns out I pulled a muscle in my back when lifting weights yesterday I biked 20 miles yesterday afternoon but when I woke up this morning, I could hardly get out of bed and couldn't stand up straight. I skipped my swim workout and am hoping I can still run this afternoon. This had better not derail me for too long!
