I'm disappointed. I have been so good - and excited because I have been increasing the amount of time during my power walking, and I hurt the balls of my feet! I have to walk on a very hard surface - that's the only place that's available during the work week.

I will baby my feet for a day or two and try using sneakers. Loafers just didn't cut it!
