oh gosh, I'm the WORST with updating.
did six days of cardio last week (plus one day of pilates!) and one day of lifting.
went to spin yesterday and today and did POP pilates earlier today. I want to start doing more POP pilates, rather than the pilates class I go to. Tomorrow I want to lift and do pilates.
made up of 98.822% silliness!!
