Did W5D1 with my friend on Monday.
Tried to do W5D2 today, but my phone is a wee bit sensitive and paused the program in the middle of the routine. I finished off by using my stop watch
Pretty sure I got in 17 minutes of run time.
Still eating well. I think I've finally broke the 140 mark. I've weighed in at 139 for 3 days now
