I've been thinking. I'm going to reduce the weight I'm lifting (only by a bit) to make sure my core is working properly.

It will be strange lifting lighter but I need to train my crappy abdominal and lower back muscles. I think the heavy weights are too heavy for me to have proper control.

A healthy back is very important.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
