I used products today without glycerine, and I still had frizz....I think it's par for the curly course I guess.

PROTEIN: I think I will also try upping the protein (ordered Joiko K-pak and JoiGel today). Will do another AIGirl PT this weekend. I avoided it for a long time when I first started and got OC'd. When I did my first PT, it was an aha moment for me.

SEALING: I'm such a PJ, I haven't been as consistent with sealing as before- so many products to use and experiment with, I was giving myself a "two product limit" per day, and the sealer got dumped in favor of more exciting things. In looking at the thread kathymack supplied, it appears sealing is crucial in high dews.
