RCC, we had a boiler in CT, but even with it on the highest heat setting the water was lukewarm at best so I couldn't take advantage of never running out of hot water. I could only never run out of lukewarm water.
So close, yet so far away from being able to take an endless hot shower. Our water heater here is surface-of-the-sun hot and does last for long enough, so I'll take it.
My dad had a tankless water heater (on demand) in the last place they lived and I definitely want one of those one day.
