^ Last fall when I did the Fitness Challenge at the Y, one of the challenges was to pick an exercise and increase it every day for 30 days. I chose crunches and started at 5 the first day and could barely do it. At the end of the month I was at 100 and pretty darned happy about that. The 200 was just some arbitrary number I chose on New Years Day as one of my goals this year.
You'd think I would have some stomach muscles by now, but alas all is still flab. : )
