I usually wash every 2-3 days. Anything more my hair gets limp, anything less my hair gets tangles really bad, frizzy and dry.
Sunday: low-poo, protein treatment, condition, style. That night add some oil, leave in to ends and pineapple.
Monday: spritz with water or use wash cloth scrunch method, add SM curl and some milk for more moisture and a bit more product, diffuse a bit or air dry. That night finger dangle add more condish to ends. I can usually tell at this point if I can get a third day out of it or not.
Tuesday: same method as above, if still looks okay leave down if not put it in a bun.
Wednesday: low-poo, short protein treatment, condish, style
Thursday: same as Monday
Friday same as Tuesday
Saturday I almost always 're wash and style since I have more time. I might try a new product or routine that day.
