MY hair is fine and thin too! I rotate the SheaMoisture Moisture Retention Shampoo into my routine a couple times a week. I bought it based on all of the rave reviews. I still can't decide if it's too heavy for my hair or not. I guess I should pair it with a lighter conditioner instead of the CJ ones that I have. It's definitely not stripping though, that's partly why I can't decide if it's for me. My scalp still feels a little oily after I use it.
I've had a few not-so-great experiences with the Soufflé but I guess it's a lot like KCCC, as in it's a finicky product and it's very easy to over do it.
Now would be a great time to try that line of products as they are Buy 1 get one 50% off at CVS and Walgreens. If you don't like them, just return them for a refund or exchange them for a different one
