They really need to get over themselves. The automatic assumption is that a gay guy is going to be attracted to you? Perhaps their fear comes from not being secure about their own sexuality.

I wouldn't be comfortable having a man in a locker room with me, not because I think he'd be attracted to me. It's not a rational concern but I'd still feel uncomfortable.
