FloridaCurly - Thanks for the tip re SM milk. It's too heavy and over-conditioning when I use as recommended, but will try using it on second day hair.

Frizzinfla - you are welcome! I really use very little of the SM milk. You have longer hair than me so you could probably use a bit more. The amount I use very thinly coats my hands (after I'm done with my hair I rub my hands together like putting on hand lotion - makes my hands soft and they smell good.) From our usernames we are both Florida girls and that can wreak havoc on our hair. I have trouble using glycerin in the summer so that is why I use the SM milk because there is no glycerin in it.
