After experimenting I have noticed that I too have more strands of hair falling out on the days I cowash, plus it makes my hair limp, so I will be switching to low poo for a while too.
Does anyone have any US based sulfate/silicone free shampoos they enjoy? Especially ones with protein!
DermOrganics shampoo is CG and has silk amino acids (precursor to protein), also several of the Mill Creek Botanicals poos have protein.
