My opinion would be if you had an allergic reaction to the CURL version, you will have the same reaction with the CARE line. Some people complain of this with Deva products. I personally use the DevaCARE low poo but have no allergy problems at all. I wouldn't risk it- the formulas are very similar, but some of the ingredients are in different orders.
