Same with the above posters. I've been shampooing (low-poo) the scalp, letting some of the suds go down my lengths while rinsing, then add RO, rinse, then step out of the shower and add KCKT and gently detangle. Sometimes I've been adding a heavier LI on top of the KCKT. This has radically reduced shedding. I also haven't been plopping or scrunching and pressing the lengths up to the scalp. Basically I don't let conditioner or conditioned locks touch my scalp anymore. I wish I could because I think it was helping my scalp in other ways (dryness) but yikes w/ the shedding.
