OW OW OW OW OOOOOOOOOOoooooooooowwwww!
So on Tuesday morning I woke up with my left eye just streaming tears, painful and extremely light sensitive. Turns out I have a corneal ulcer - basically the surface of my cornea split (like a cracked lip) and developed an infection. I've got antibiotic drops now and it's getting better, but OMG OOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!
P.S. - although this can happen to anyone, it is 80% more likely to happen to those that regularly sleep in their contacts (even contacts that are made to be slept in)
