Went to the gym 3 times last week, ran and did the elliptical along with some of the leg machines and situps.
Worked out yesterday - same as last week. Nothing hardcore since I'm trying to get used to just moving.
So far only doing 35 mins of cardio but it's been tough.
Dead tired today, no working out, just eating less.
Stomach and surrounding junk has trimmed a bit, everything else looks the same.
