For me, adding protein really helps. My hair was worse then usual with the deluge we had last week. When I thought about it, I hadn't done a PT. Took care of that and my hair was MUCH better yesterday. Of course, it was just humid and didn't rain every where.

Tomorrow will be another test, so I'll see what happens. I've been playing around with Sea Kelp Bioferment. It's similar to SeaMollient--but different. I'm liking it a lot as an ingredient and a first layer product.
