I have one of these under my desk at work. It is a great way to exercise (while getting paid) at work. I've had a lot of people express interest in getting one after I've let them take it for spin.

People don't do cubicle exercises but do walk laps around the parking lot during lunches and breaks. Our office management has made sure we have access to a local gym at a corporate rate but nothing is promoted beyond that.

Those exercises look challenging. Is it too much? Depends on your office. No one would do them at mine but they wouldn't bat and eye if I were to do them. They're used to me being a fitness nut.

I have had mine for 2.5 years and had no problems from it. It started to squeak a while back (sometime last year) and a few squirts of WD40 took care of it. I haven't heard one since.
