It's not a silly question but nothing happens, the bees enzymes are permanently destroyed/ denatured by heating so they can no longer produce peroxide. If honey is highly processed the enzymes will again be destroyed or possibly removed.

Sunlight and lemon juice is a different chemical pathway to the same end result
