I am so happy I found this thread! I have been gluten free for over a year and have lost 16 pounds. I had to cut out Gluten because of my wheat allergy. Plus Gluten killed my digestive system and I packed on weight like crazy!
I love cooking but I am a very lazy chef! But tonight I am going to make Chili Stuffed Peppers! I have TONS of leftover homemade chili so I am eating chili inspired menu items for the week lol.
I would love to go paleo eventually, but I want to master the GF thing before I try that. So cool though
