Meat is part of it..I just eat it only once a day...where pelo/primal suggest protein/veggies for all meals, and minimal fruits. There really is not set way. Some paleo followers drink almond milk or even regular milk, or eat certain kinds of beans etc. . I don't like to say I eat "blank" way...I just try to eat the most natural healthiest way. I also listen to my body, I have a slow digestion system so I don't do well with a lot of protein rich food or heavy food like beans.. But I still get enough protein from my greens. Its about balance of your mind and body. Eat what makes you feel good
