she also failed to leave an "out of office" message on her email, so people have been sending her things that are due today and should be done by me and one one of the managers...

*sigh*

i just don't get it...
That has to be an actionable offense, doesn't it? Start a file on her if you don't have one already. Ridiculously actions, as a one off, are something can be lived with, but a pattern of behaviour like this should be documented and action should be taken.

(says the person that suffered through 3 years of serious workplace abuse before being fired at the behest of her tormentor)
