They do indeed: both lauric acid and oleic acid are the right size and shape to penetrate, that is why I suggested those oils as additives.

If you are referring to the Curly Kinks the natural oils are right at the bottom of the ingredients list, unlikely to be anywhere near enough to be a serious 'active'. Glycerin and panthenol are often used at around 2%, the oils are even further down.

Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
