That is normal AFAIK
. We strip our hair's natural defrizzing agent/ 'conditioner' (sebum) when washing so need to replace that with something. You also have long hair, hair that is a couple of years old wouldn't see much sebum and has lost a lot of its protective cuticle through normal weathering mechanical damage so certain products and ingredients help patch repair that.
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG, growing out mechanical and chemical damage = breakage and very high porosity. Past armpit length heading for waist.
