Yeah, I was thinking that too. My grays are definitely in worse shape. I specifically asked them to analyze my gray and pigmented hair.

I've been having some luck with coconut oil. I smoothed some on my hands and worked it into my worst parts (mostly gray) last night. I also scrunched some into my ends. This morning it was all absorbed and felt softer, although my hair is straighter and frizzy from working it through and the humidity. I'm just ignoring how it looks at the moment. :-)
