Is your hair long enough to wear it up in a ponytail or maybe a bun? When I'm feeling lousy about my hair, or pms-ing, I find it helpful to just put my hair up in a bun for a few days. I'll only take it out to wash and let it air dry a little, then it's back up. I think it helps to just put it back and forget about it every so often. This has also helped me avoid cutting it out of frustration.
