I get maybe 5 hours. I'm up and down 2-3xs going to the bathroom. I really need to cut down on my water consumption. Example: I went to bed last night at 10:30. I was up 3xs until 1:30. My alarm went off at 5:00. I hit snooze until 5:30. Yes, I'm tired. I do need more sleep. Must.find.solution.
