You apply for those jobs that ask for 3-5 years experience. Those are just "pie in the sky"...what they HOPE to get in an employee. If you have done internships and you have people who will give you A-1 recommendations, then GO FOR THOSE JOBS.

Someone on another board told me once to apply to any job for which I meet 75% of the qualifications, so that's what I do.
