Okay, now the people who took over the restaurant where my bestie works are screwing up. He was all to hell over a new hat, having to shave, wear clothes that are in good condition, get a new hat, and wait staff not being able to wear open toed shoes (which is already a no no in the kitchen). I understand all those changes and really don't see it as something to have a heart attack over. That's common in many places, though customers did like the laid back vibe. But now... NOW!! The new owners have already started bad mouthing locals (rednecks) and one of them went across the street to another eatery introduced himself as the new owner, blah blah. He bad mouthed the previous owners with no shame, and it turns out he was talking to one of the previous owners sister...

They may as well kiss their new business goodbye. One can't survive on tourists alone here.
When I hear terms like "hipster" I think, who told cliques they could leave high school??
